The service at this restaurant is extremely lacking. The staff appear to be very inexperienced with the menu and overall quality of service is quite low. The manager seems to be neglecting their responsibilities and all of the employees are extremely lazy and inefficient. The wait time for food to reach the table is unacceptably long.

This restaurant is located on the 1st floor next to a hotel. The entrance is accessed by steps at the side of the restaurant. Disabled customers can enter through the hotel reception and use the elevator to reach the restaurant. This restaurant is one of the better options in and around Mapusa. It is located near a petrol station. The entrance is narrow and there is free parking available in front. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere but is in need of redecoration. It is quite dark with dim lighting and closed curtains. The restaurant has both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned seating areas with ceiling fans. The staff is friendly and courteous, although not always attentive. Upon entering, the waiters may try to direct customers to specific tables, but diners can choose where they want to sit independently. The menu offers a variety of cuisines including North Indian, Goan, Chinese, Continental, and seafood, with good options for vegetarians. The service is silver and the bill is pre-set. The menu is diverse with a selection of dishes in each category. Some recommended appetizers include prawn golden coins, chicken tikka, onion rings, and mushroom masala. Main course options include chicken tikka masala, chicken kaidai, prawn biryani, and chicken handi. The prices for food and drinks are reasonable. We were in mapusa residency and found our joy that you were in the house restaurant was a great place to eat. from breakfast to dinner. good food and good service. I must praise our regular waiter here with the name nilesh. he understood exactly what. we wanted and was fast at delivery. all in all a good culinary experience.

The only thing this hotel was clean is the reception area. the beds and the room were a catastrophe, some of the workers could do with a shower. the staff was polite and I quickly pulled out.

Honestly telling people here have behaviour problem . They dont know how treat the customers right. Food is good.. but staff makes it stinky place to be.
