Tono Pizzeria Cheesesteaks - Maplewood

Great pizza, but we have metal turf in our philly steak a few years back. hopefully they solved this output of the cleaning products they use to clean the grills since we ordered there a few times only the pizzas order and last night we have a nice long delicious hair melted in the cheese on our pizza, so I think we will not be back.

Great tasting cheesecake sandwich, one of the best tasting fries. and spice, souces are delicious.

Good food! Haven’t had a bad meal here. Good flavors and always fresh tasting. The Special pizza (pepperoni, sausage, bacon, banana peppers) and truffle fries are the best.Don’t bother buying the fountain drink here if you’re getting it to go. $2 and it’s the size of kid’s cup. I thought she handed me a water cup. ?

Tono’s is hands-down my favorite new restaurant. I’ve been countless times over the past 2 (3 years in Maplewood. I’ve eaten my way through the cheesesteak menu, had several of the pizzas. I had to post today though because the pizza of the month, the Phat Pie, is outstanding. Min, great job!!! Please add that to the menu. ?

I was really looking forward to this place especially after the positive reviews. Customer service was good, fries were tasty but the cheesesteak was not good. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time but it was extremely dry and tasteless. I couldn't even finish it and neither could my coworker. I really wanted to like this place and have a spot for a solid cheesesteak but it tasted on par with mall food.
