The employee with colorful hair appeared unprofessional, and despite placing my order in advance, I had to wait nearly half an hour. When I inquired about the delay, the employee responded by saying, "I thought you would come in." This is not a suitable option for a quick lunch break.
Just had a scary experience with an employee at this Subway. The guy was very confrontational and stared me down as he finished up my sub. He seems very secure in his job as he did not care what he said to me. I get they are under staffed but it wouldseriously be better to be closed than have that guy make subs.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would like a manager to contact me about it. The employee was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I waited in line for 20 minutes while he was talking to another employee who was ordering multiple sandwiches. When it was finally my turn, he showed no urgency and instead of apologizing for the wait, he simply asked me what I wanted. It took a long time for him to make my sandwich and when it was ready for toppings, he started taking the next person's order instead of finishing mine. After finally completing my order, I went to pay and while waiting for my card to process, he said curtly, "waiting on you, man." I was shocked by the lack of manners and communication skills displayed by this employee. It seems like this Subway hires the worst individuals.
Severely understaffed. Placed an o line order at 5:15pm app said it?d be ready by 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:28pm, lady who was working said she?s be herself and there were about 9 people in line. Rather than make the food in the order received, she wantedto clear the line before making online orders. She marked my order ?ready? in the app at 5:35, probably for metrics, but it?s5:45pm and me 2 other online orders have been waiting in store for our online orders to even start being made for more than 20minutes. They were supposed to be ready when we got here. That?s the point of an online order.
I stopped by the restaurant to grab a sub about an hour before closing and had a fantastic experience. The employee I interacted with was friendly and took the time to carefully prepare my meal. The food was delicious enough that I was motivated to write this review, something I rarely do. Whoever was working that day deserves a raise. The restaurant was clean, the food was tasty, and I will definitely be returning without hesitation. I would give this place a 10/10 rating every time.
