Excellent service, good coffee, best staff Iv seen in a while.Best part is they have a sense of humor. I cannot stress enough how much I truly hate when customer service positions require you to be a robot.

I have not been to this caribou for a while because they are pretty slow. Today I went and ordered ahead on the app. It took almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered on the app til when I got my order. I waited in the store for over 10 minutes and had to ask if they got my mobile order. I ordered a mint condition- they did not put coffee in it. It’s just hot chocolate. I will not return to this Caribou.

I ordered online and it took them nearly 30 mins to make my order even though it was only one drink. It really wasn't busy so I really don't know why it took them so long. On top of that, after 20 mins. some barista asked if my name was so and so and he said he'd get started on my drink right away. 10 mins later he was finished. What is wrong with this caribou wow. First and last time I'm coming to this location. Judging from the other reviews I'm reading, this place is just overall incompetent.

Great bacon double egg breakfast sandwich. Just amazing. The lady at the drive thru here is outstanding. I'm definitely coming back.
