My first restaurant visit at St. Louis and I was just being made aware of how 'big ' things are in America and then my order arrived! I love the start! <br/ <br/ We walked in on a Saturday and there wasn 't too much crowd and were attended to immediately. The wait time wasn 't too much for the food to arrive either. The hostess was really friendly and she offered a whole lot of suggestions to the meal customization.
I have ordered lunch to go online a few times and didn't really have any big issues. <br/ <br/ Per the negative reviews of bad customer service experiences, I decided to order takeaways. The online menu pictures or the commercials are a bit deceiving and they seem to make the food better than it really is. But generally the food was okay and constant, and the appetizers were good. <br/ <br/ I ordered 40 min prior to my arrival and specified my lunch pick-up time online. I got there 5 min later due to the congestion on Hanley road and there were only a few customers in there, but had to wait another 5 minutes at the bar area to finally get my order. A bit slow for the food to be fully prepared, not sure it was the service or the kitchen though.
