Mi Lindo Guadalajara - Mapleton

Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is one of the best places to eat traditional Mexican food in Utah County. I know it is hard to believe it because there is a lot of competition, but trust me, you won't be despondent! I highly recommend the carne asada and alpastor tacos. You have to add some condiments from the salsa bar. With alpastor add onions, silantro, radishes,marinated red onions, and green guacamole salsa and some drops of lime! Excellent place, abd service!!! And don't forget to order chicken fried tacos, a list two!Vegetarian options: Chiles rellenos, potato tacos.Kid-friendliness: Asada tacos, chicken fried tacos.

Best food ever. Treated me so kindly as well. The place reminded me of being back home. Will definitely come back.

The Food is so amazing here. The people were so kind and asked me to try different meats. The Al Pastor with pineapple street taco and BBQ Street taco was amazing. The goat and beef was outstanding! Love this placeFood: 5/5

The Mexican food at Mi Lindo is the only good Mexican food in the Mapleton Springville area. The service was great and they have a good salsa bar. After trying all the other Mexican restaurants this will now be out go to in the area.

Great Food. From the taste to the freshness. Tacos here are super good. I come here twice a week! I love this place. Too bad Yelp doesnt like me. I recommend this place for peope that love real food and not white washed! Enjoy and get TACOS!
