Azafran Bistro - Maple Valley

What a fantastic find! We expected more of a Greek inspired menu, but were pleasantly surprised to discover Spanish jewel! We ordered from the brunch menu and were completely blown away, how delicious everything was. I share breakfast paella and mushroom omelet with my mother. The paella was to die and I can't wait to try her traditional paella from the dinner menu. The mushroom omelet, served with perfectly seasoned roasted potatoes, was about as good as an omelet could be. The eggs were incredibly fluffy, cheese was not exaggerated, and it was packed with delicious mushrooms. My husband loved the French toast and was satisfied with the light cream and fresh berries on the top. I wish I could remember what my father and sister ordered, but it was like a breakfast Flatbread and the one bite I had was enough to bring me back to brunch. The prices are slightly higher than were used for lunch / brunch in Maple Valley, but 100% worth every penny. I hope this wonderful restaurant is successful!

Absolutely delicious and authentic Mediterranean cuisine in Maple Valley! Every dish was amazing—fresh and bursting with flavor, from lamb and chicken to falafel, hummus, couscous, and vegetables. This place is definitely the best-kept secret in the area, and we're embarrassed it took us so long to discover it!

Absolutely excellent. Each dish was perfectly executed, paired with subtle flavors with satisfying textures in a way I have not found restaurants in Puget Sounds suburb. The wine list is short but carefully selected to fit well with the menu offers. The service was right. All this in Maple Valley, where traffic is easy and parking is even easier!

This is such a jewel for Maple Valley! Not only do they have an amazing menu. You change your menu. You also have fun cooking classes, food and wine pairing. I just went to the latest food and wine pairing and it was Greek, next week they do steak and whisky pairing. I also went to the freak show Halloween party with some friends, and that was also great fun, so entertaining! They usually have music with these events. So much fun to have in our city! I feel like I usually have to travel to Seattle or Bellevue to get this kind of experience. I'm glad you're here!

As someone who typically shies away from trying new foods, I don't often find myself impressed outside my comfort zone. However, this bistro is a charming little spot that feels warm and inviting. The server was not only knowledgeable but also patient, taking the time to explain the menu thoroughly. We never felt rushed and were given ample time between courses to fully appreciate the incredible flavors. The food was absolutely exquisite, with each dish thoughtfully selected and expertly prepared, providing a genuine feast for the senses. I can confidently say this will become a regular destination for special meals.
