Tacconelli's Pizzeria - Maple Shade

Experience is always excellent. My adult son and I are going to dinner on most Sundays. If his wife can, she'll go with us. I'd say we're going about 35 to 40 times in a year. They were never disappointed by our food or the service of the staff. If you like pizza, Tacconellis is the place to go.

This is the worst pizzeria in the area. Don't be happy about things!!!! My wife and I ordered pizza and pasta. When my wife arrived at the store to pick up the pizza and pasta, the pizza was ready to forget the pasta. The girl worked there a comment when my wife told her she also ordered pasta. She put the pizza to the side for 20 minutes while cooking the pasta. Then the pizza was freezing when she came home. When I called the girl who answered the phone, didn't want to help and if I asked for a manager, they wouldn't put on the phone. Bad Business if you let your help run your customer service and don't worry about it!!!! My wife and I would go there every Friday. Not anymore. Not if you treat your customers like that. I don't care how good your food is when you treat customers like these who are loyal. You don't have to worry about your business because your help doesn't matter to you.

I usually love this pizza. It wasn't good last night. And I wasn't the only one who thought that. I asked for a tomato cake. The waitress asked if I wanted cheese on it. What I didn't know why would it not make it a regular cheese pizza at this point? She said many customers do it. I said I'm trying. Big mistake! It was the most dry pizza I've ever seen just before cooking linkover pizza in the oven. I actually wanted to balance a bowl of sauce. What came to me ice cold, but at least the bowl was warm....

Fresh, homemade and delicious. Fast and friendly service. BYOB is a plus.

Best pizza I have ever had. Worth the 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive round trip. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu
