Rally's - Maple Heights

They never get nothing right and they always missing something that was paid for smh

They put mayo on my sandwich. I hate mayo and food not hot

Slowest place I've ever been to. No service within 15 minutes so I left and WILL NOT go back!

I don't understand why I waited almost 45 minutes at Rally's. You wait in line forever, then wait for someone to come to the window. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm still waiting. Do better. I can go to Lee Harvard and wait only 5 minutes at most, even when busy. This is ridiculous. I brought my handicapped clients here to enjoy a meal and they are upset and hungry. This is sad. Just close down if you don't want to hire more staff and make this a fast food place. We are still waiting for our food. SMH.
