Subway - Maple Grove

The young woman working by herself at 1:30 p.m. on December 1st deserves a raise. She was excellent.

I visit this Subway often and I am very particular about my subs being made correctly. Peniel always delivers and ensures that the subs he prepares are well-constructed. I am grateful for that. Thank you!

The woman who checked me out at the restaurant overcharged me for my food. When I asked her about the discrepancy, she lied and insisted it was the correct amount. However, when I received my receipt, I noticed a $2.25 tip had been added without my consent. I confronted her about it and she gave me attitude before reluctantly refunding my money. I usually tip in cash, but she received nothing this time due to her dishonesty.

Stopped by to grab lunch and to my surprise they said the tan out of bread!! How does a subway ran out of bread? They said it will take 20-30 mins ???????? I honestly think they should be managing this better.

Take it from me, stay away. I ordered online, when I picked it up, I would say approx 50% of the usual amount of toppings were on the sandwich. The bread felt old, hard to chew, left me with a stomach ache with in the hour. I honestly don?t think I couldhave had a worse experience. Very unfortunate, stay away from this location. When the quality is this poor, you ask yourself,what kind of conditions are the employees taking into precaution. Woman didn?t seem to care about much when I picked up theorder, hopefully she cares more about hygiene and food standard cleanliness. I doubt it though.
