The food at this restaurant is terrible - no flavor at all. The garlic dip tastes like ranch dressing, which was a huge disappointment. Even the rice lacked flavor. The meat was undercooked. I will never be returning here. Don't waste your money - I ended up throwing the food away.
The Chicken Rice Bowl is excellent, receiving 4 stars. However, there has been a slight decrease in the amount of sauces provided. It is frustrating that extra charges are applied for side sauces, which seems unnecessary. Despite this, the service is always quick and the food is consistently good. In response to the owner's reply, the issue remains unresolved. The limitation of 2 half-full small containers for side sauces is unreasonable. Customers should not have to pay extra for the same amount of sauce they would receive if it was added to the bowl. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to reconsider this policy and offer a more reasonable compromise, such as providing 3 actually full small sauces or at least 2 actually full small sauces. Overall, the current policy is lacking, resulting in a deduction of one star for not addressing the concerns adequately.
The falafels at Naf Naf are exceptional. Despite being a chain restaurant, it is considered one of the best Mediterranean food spots in the twin cities. For an authentic experience, visit Wally's, but if you're looking for a delicious quick bite, Naf Naf is the place to go.
Really good fast Mediterranean food. Hummus was great and pita was warm, moist, and just the right chew. French Fries are actually chips, and was a bit disappointed when I saw them going into the grill. But when they went into my mouth, I was very happy. They were salty and tasty. Tasted like high quality potatoes fried in good oil. Very good. The shawarma itself was good, nothing extraordinary, but good flavor and doneness.
