Mcdonald's - Maple Grove

I go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's because of the consistently inaccurate orders—I often don't receive the correct items. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, and the management isn't any better. If you must choose McDonald's, pick a different location. If you find yourself here, be sure to double-check your order before you leave.

My son became ill during our visit to this restaurant. The management misled me, claiming they had contacted me multiple times. I just spoke with someone on the phone who was unhelpful and essentially said, "too bad, I can't assist you."

The staff went from mopping the floors to packaging my meal with his wet, mop-covered hands, and then handed me a bag containing my food that was now damp. I asked him if that was my order, and he just stared at me in silence, as if he didn’t understand. When I questioned him about touching my food with his wet hands, he replied, “I didn’t touch your food.” He seemed to think it was acceptable because he hadn’t directly touched the bun, but he still placed it in the bag, which was soaked. This was disgusting and I think they should just close down.

Half my order was missing and whatever they packed was cold and probably days old I tossed it into the trash. Don't eat here they need to be closed down I have reported this place to the state and I advise you to do the same if you had the sameexperience.

Good one , well maintained, very clean. Staffs are helpful. Drive through is also good. And it's also midnight.
