I'm not sure if it's under new management, or not after I've read other reviews, but I was glad the manager worked hard, and into the weeds with his team when they were busy. Upon arrival it was clear that this site was understaffed, but the manager jumped directly on the line and helped all his team members to get food for the customers in time. A disadvantage was the fact that it took a while to be recognized or welcomed by the counter. But when I finally got greeted, the person made clear expectations that it would take a few minutes to help me, or I could submit my order at the kiosk for faster service if I want. I like the fact that they set a time frame and offered an alternative solution! Great work from a customer service standpoint! The feedback I have for Mike (the current manager) is: great work that helps your team and pulls them through the busy time! Also to recognize their efforts immediately during the shift and to complicate them for their hard work. One area of improvement would try to keep your cool a bit in your voice and sound. You leave your personal feeling of urgency a bit of an icy panic in your voice both with employees and customers who can: make people restless, feel like it's bad customer service or your attitude if it's just you trying to push for efficiency. Overall, nice work for you and your staff.
