Burger King - Maple Grove

Anthony was welcoming with a smile! Fantastic customer service for sure! Great breakfast and fresh. Love how everyone here is very happy and it's so refreshing to see they like there job. Very nice and very clean restaurant as well. Definitely will becoming back for sure. Thanks guys for doing a great job at Burger King!

Great customer service! Stopped here tonight around 8pm. The woman who was taking orders in the drive thru was very polite and genuinely sounded like she wanted to be there. Seems like the fast food industry has been taken over by rude unhappy poorlytrained employees. It?s been a long time since I?ve had a good fast food experience so this was a nice change of pace. Food washot and fresh! Best part is that coupons were included in the bag when I got my order. New favorite location.

The restaurant seemed understaffed, with only one worker handling everything. However, he prepared the best Whopper I have ever had (and I've had quite a few in my day). Despite being incredibly busy, he remained calm and provided excellent customer service with minimal wait time for my food. Overall, out of all the Burger Kings I have visited, this one was the best overall! Great job everyone, keep up the good work!

As I had anticipated, three other terrible Burger King locations have closed in the past, and this one will soon be added to the list. It seems that Burger King has failed to maintain competent workers at any of its city locations. It is ironic how the restaurants in rural areas are well-managed and courteous, while those in the city are plagued with incompetence and low standards. It won't be long before this location is also shut down.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and both my boyfriend's and my orders were made accurately. I feel sorry that the restaurant is not receiving as much business these days. The employees should be commended for their hard work, coming in to work, being paid what they are, and serving delicious food. I understand that things can be hectic, so a big thank you to all of them for everything they do.
