Sa Taverna D' Es Port - Mao-Mahon

We ate here when we previously came to Mahon and weren’t disappointed on our return. It’s a bit of a walk from the main area but not too far and has good views over the harbour port area

On the back of a Telegraph review, spent the day in Mahón and had a lazy lunch at this restaurant. Lovely setting, we sat inside because of the rain and finished off our Rioja outside when the sun returned overlooking the port. Friendly and informative hosts, food was delicious and arrived with perfect timing. Great value, would definitely return.

Owner-waiter was very nice. Maybe we had not the right choice with the meal, it was good but nothing so spectacular as someone said to us. Wine was a very nice one from the island. Apple in the oven was very good, and calamari were fresh but the salad that accompanied it was very predictible.

Fantastic and unexpected discovery. home cooking and very personal service. we return to dinner the next day. highly recommended.

Our best restaurant with excellent grilled peppers, marinades aubergine onion onion, patatas bravas aïoli and grilled tuna. desserts, cheesecake house very well. recommended for the village. a very efficient service, although not very jovial. We loved it. We recommend.
