(in contrast to other restaurants nearby. I had better seafood, yes, but you'll get what you pay. almost every guest on the menu is under $10. the best way to go to this place, however, is to get the dishes unique to louisiana, like the etouffe and jumbalaya. the chicken steak is pretty good, like the fried pickel and corn nuggets. it is a great place to get a meal.
This is absolutely the worst seafood restaurant. The food was disgusting and way overcooked. Management was so rude and demanded we pay for the food even though we didn't eat. We tasted it and were ready to leave. I would recommend saving your money. Fast Food is better than this place.
Every time I eat here, the portions are always generous. The salad buffet is consistently fresh, and the fish is cooked perfectly.
When we received a drink refill, we were surprised to find a 15% gratuity added to our bill, which came to about $13.00. There was no notice anywhere indicating that this gratuity was mandatory, and quite frankly, we felt the food and service did not merit it. This place seems to have an inflated sense of its own worth. Rather than paying with a card as we usually do, my family and I pooled our cash to cover the bill without the extra tip. I left it next to the register since no one was at the counter when we left. I hope they take the feedback from this dissatisfied customer to heart!
We paid for two buffets at $15.99 each on Saturday night, June 28th, and I also ordered a grilled shrimp dinner for $11.99.
