Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have visited this restaurant five times since it opened. It would have been more if I didn't love Dairy Queen, but unfortunately, this place is not up to par. We were hoping to have a good experience here, but when I arrived 10 minutes before closing, they told me they were already closed. I understand that it was late, but when I asked if they closed at 9:52, they just laughed and didn't give me a straight answer. Today, they just picked up where they left off. I have never heard of a Dairy Queen running out of ice, but that's what happened here. I decided to order food instead, but it took a long time to receive cold food. The only good thing about this experience was the Dr. Pepper, as the drink was good but the water was watery. The fries were cold and I didn't see anybody cooking, so I was confused as to how the food was prepared. The floors looked dirty and overall, it doesn't seem like things are improving at this restaurant.
I frequent this Dairy Queen often and usually enjoy a delicious Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. However, after waiting 25 minutes in line yesterday, my Blizzard was missing chocolate. I was disappointed with my experience, but will still return as it is a convenient location for me.
As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed the health inspection sign on the door rated as a C. Despite this, I decided to give the ice cream a try. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Erdnusbuster parfait without nuts and a replacement for the Reesenbecher. I was charged an extra 80 cents for the replacement, which was not a problem. However, when I received my order, I noticed that the cup had a lid on it that looked like it had been used as a football and was leaking. Additionally, there were no Reesen cups inside. I waited for 15 minutes to see if they could fix the problem, but eventually drove away and threw the ice cream away. With a C-rating and other negative reviews, it might be time for this place to either hire new employees or close their doors. I would recommend making the short drive to the Pearland location on Broadway instead.
They must fire all their nightworkers except 1 worker (white guy.) I forgot his name, but always polite and takes his job with pride. they always have terrible settings, play in the back, and close 30 minutes early and sit on the back on their phones. they close around 3 o'clock at the weekend and I took my son around 12 o'clock to get a banan gap. the girl said we were out of banans, so I changed it to an oreo blooming, then she said that her ice machine is turned off for the night, but you are 3 hours open. I didn't do anything about it because I didn't want to spit into my food. these workers are just rubbish. not even a sweat.
