I should have ordered the Ahi Ruma Sandwich. Salads are pretty good, burgers are excellent. Good prices for fast casual.Food: 5/5

My sweet potato fries were burnt, they forgot my dressing for my salad, and there was a hair in my ranch. I called, they didn’t care about replacing my food, they just said I have to fill out a form. Ridiculous. Won’t come here again.

I went in yesterday, I love the food here! I used to work in the food service industry so I’m always polite to workers. The cashier however, didn’t even say hello to me and when I greeted her she ignored it. When I was done ordering I said thank you and she responded “mhm”, instead of saying “thank you” herself. What kind of training do they get that they can’t even greet or thank the customer? So rude and left a bad taste in my mouth

Everything was good until I was done I pretty much have to use the bathroom right after and still have to ever since I've left the food was pretty and it was good and the customer service was awesome but as far as the aftermath it was horrible I don't know if it's the food wasn't good but it was good as far as taste but I would not prefer going there if you get a bad stomach fast cuz you'll be going to the bathroom
