Tato’s Mexican Grill Cantina

They need to re coach the chef I ordered a ceviche and it’s was drowned in tomato sauce 18 bucks and I was disappointed. I felt like they just got their cocktail shrimp and served it to me on a plate and said here’s your ceviche. Hope you fix these issues for future customers

Food had no flavor, ordered nacho’s with stuff on the side. Brought it twice and still wrong….. actually it looks like they tried to pick the stuff off it. Ended up ordering something completely different. service was terrible, had to ask for the manager bc we were charged for a drink, drink was terrible. Didn’t drink it but the manager didn’t want to take the drink off bc we “ordered” it. This drink was our second choice bc the co2 went out for pibb.

If I could give negative stars I would. Taco bell has better tasting Mexican food then this place aqua fresca tasted like great value brand koolaid...how was the service you ask? I 've been in jails who provide better service. The manager had an attitude like a 5 yr old. we only stayed for 45 minutes because we had to wait for the waitress to show back up, and before you think maybe they were busy .... no, no they weren 't....

We stopped here on our way back to Bay Area from Hi-Sierra. Great food and nice atmosphere, specially, for watching sports. Walking distance from Tesla charging station.

It was 103 degrees on a Saturday afternoon, I came in and wanted to drink some water at Tato 's. The place told me to leave by saying It 's business so we can 't let you stay here . As if I wasn 't going to pay for the water? I was going to tip the waiter for some water as well. Anyways, I 'm not coming back and wouldn 't recommend this place.
