I hope this won't be a normal problem. I see numerous problems with expired foods at several locations in Savemart and would rather not shop there. I hope this will be solved. Thank you.

Cashier Breany was very rude. Would rather chitchat with her coworker and male customer. I looked at the screen to make sure that she didn't realize the right price that her employee started bagging, she saw my bag on the shopping cart and then stopped scanning, and next time said on the belt, we didn't know you had one. She wanted to throw my stuff out of the belt. Didn't even tell me she did scanning, just stood there and stared. Maybe next time you ask the customer if they wanted bags before they sacked wherever I was, and maybe watch your job instead of chatting. Donation 50 for a few items I expect a better customer service! I usually check this place. And that's why!
I recently got some food and got a Berry Green Salad with Chicken. Everything looked great until I came home. The berries were shaped, the salad looked confused. Didn't expect this in my salad.
The only reason why they're getting one star is because they won't let me give them zero stars so 7 PM I came in to get a little can for my mom I sent there for over 10 to 15 minutes at first until I called on my own cell phone to the curtaincy desk to request someone to come and help me and other customers that had been waiting. Manager Misty walked up already have an attitude and explain to her and been there how long and all I wanted was a cake and what she said to me was well the bakeries close and I have worked in a safe way and I have never told a customer all we can't help you just because the bakery is closed Manager sent us there we help them the best we could and we had them happy when they left. Continue to tell me how she's never worked in that department but I know the all managers if needed have to go where they're needed so the fact that you don't know or even or aware of what is in the star shame on you I think you need to go back to training and the fact that when I told her I worked at a Safeway I hear that she clown complaining saying that I was rude but all I wanted to do was purchase a cake and when I asked her what kind of cake that was inside her reply was I don't know I told you I don't work in the bakery. Again you're in management so if you are that way then your staff will be that way correct. Her other reply was oh that's how you talk to people I said well I've been standing here waiting and you're not very accommodating and I'm not the only one they had been waiting management or somebody in the store had been called several times and nobody had came over. Let me remind you the store was not even busy at all there was not one line it was very very empty so I don't understand why we couldn't get somebody over there sooner. I would rather go to a save Mart or Raleys which I will do from now on just because the way I was treated 7 PM I remind you and the Bakery was already closed. So thank you Misty for making my experienced the shittiest experience I've ever had and again Misty I think you should be retrained
