Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Manteca

The wait time for receiving your order exceeds 30 minutes, no matter when you place it online. Popeyes should take action to boost employee morale.

This was the worst Popeyes experience we've ever had. As soon as we walked in, the dining area felt like an icebox, and no one even acknowledged our presence. We waited for 30 minutes just to place our order, and then it took an hour for us to receive our food while others waited even longer. The staff seemed completely focused on the drive-thru and ignored the customers inside. There was a complete lack of communication in the kitchen, resulting in total chaos. We will not be returning to this location again.

This is the 3rd time in a row that Popeyes has either given me the wrong food or it has been awful. There was only one person in front of bv us at the drive thru but it still took them about 23 minutes to get our food. It would be different if it was justonce but it's pretty much every time we come here. The other Popeyes is way better. Maybe if they paid their workers better itwould be better.

I haven't visited Popeye's in a while, but it's my favorite spot for a spicy chicken sandwich. I've sampled other chicken places in town, but this experience confirmed that Popeye's is the best by far! The chicken is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the portion is quite satisfying. Plus, the spicy sauce is excellent. I'll be skipping the other restaurants and coming back here for my next chicken sandwich!

This is the worst Popeyes I've been. I was asked to wait for my order for 20 minutes but I ended up waiting for almost an hour. Had i not walked inside the store and asked what happened to my order i wouldn't know that they never prepared it. TheManager just kept saying sorry, sorry and nothing but sorry. This place doesn?t know anything about customer service. If youare asked to wait for your order, I suggest you go to another Popeye in Lathrop or better yet just go to Kentucky FriedChicken.
