Ihop - Manteca

We reported the issue to an employee, and she removed the charges from our bill. However, we asked to speak with a manager, and no one came to address our concerns. While we know IHOP isn't known for gourmet dining, we had always found the food to be decent and usually left satisfied. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time or at this location. On a positive note, the staff were very kind, but this issue was primarily about the food quality and the manager's lack of response.

I had the steak tips and eggs with hashbrowns, and everything was cooked perfectly. The steak tips were medium with mushrooms, and the scrambled eggs were delicious too. Everything was served hot! The service was quick, and I appreciated that all the condiments I needed were included in my bag. Overall, it was a great visit!

I had the Chicken Country Fried Steak Eggs, and my wife enjoyed the Sirloin Steak Tips Eggs. Both dishes were outstanding! Everything arrived hot, and we owe a big thanks to our Door Dasher, Andrew. We really appreciate it!

We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. After paying our bill by scanning the QR code and leaving a tip on the table, we headed to our car. To our shock, we later found out that they had charged us an additional tip that we never approved. When we approached the manager, he told us to wait a few days for the transaction to process. However, when we returned, the manager didn't come out, and another manager said they couldn't assist us. We would have left satisfied if they had simply offered us a meal, some pancakes, or a gift card, but instead, they completely ignored our concerns.

The eggs Benedict were excellent, and the sauce was fantastic. It arrived hot.
