The waiting time as you ask (and you pay too) is quite considerable, even if the result says it is worth it. I want to think it's because they prepare everything from scratch (to ensure freshness), although they don't tell you or there's an explanation for the long wait. Mixed skeleton with coffee and orange juice always a good choice! It has a choclo cake for an excellent craving too!

Pésimo service, the same employee who charges also serves the tables, the tables you find dirty, the place totally neglected. The time to wait is too much, it's gotten so much better.
