Bos Taurus Bar & Bistro - Mansfield

This is a centrally located restaurant in the business-y part of Sydney, which offers what I like: vegetarian interpretations of legit Chinese dishes.

I had been wanting to try Mother Chu's for a while and expectations must have risen so it didn't quite meet the mark, but as a whole it was enjoyable.

Loads of vegetarian things on the menu which is awesome! My only issue was I didn't like the texture of the soy that they used.

Great steaks and excellent service I love the pride they show in their meats and it comes through in the flavor of the steaks. Some of the best rib eyes you will find outside of Italy!

Good food with average portions.<br/ Price was a tad expensive.<br/ Decor and ambience was very nice.<br/ Service was brilliant.<br/ <br/ Will come back when I'm in the area.
