Wok Roll - Mansfield

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager, Jane. She was incredibly rude and the customer service was lacking. I brought up an unexpected charge from March that they decided to bill me for on June 18th. Whenever I tried to explain my situation, she would interrupt me, showing a complete disregard for my concerns. My family and I used to visit this place frequently, but after this incident, we will no longer be returning. Unexpected charges are never acceptable. Jane mentioned that this has happened to hundreds of customers and some accept it when she says there’s no solution. Well, I am not one of those customers. As the owner, she offered me less than half of my tab as a credit, and the last thing she said to me was an apology as she hung up the phone.

The service was prompt, and the food was delicious at very reasonable prices.

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place. Glad we found it! Dined in and the food came out hot and very fresh. I got the Spicy Crispy Chicken and it was definitely all that! The sauce had a bit of a vinegary taste, but not in a bad way, with sweet and spicy flavors. Rice was served on the side, so everything you see in the photo was the chicken dish.

The Mongolian Beef had a strong fishy smell and an overwhelming fishy taste that made it inedible for me. Why is that? There are countless Mongolian Beef sauce recipes out there that don’t include oyster or fish sauce. Instead, this dish had a uniquely unpleasant aroma and flavor reminiscent of old fish from a dumpster on a hot summer day. It felt like a lack of effort in the cooking process, resulting in poorly prepared food. It was truly disappointing.
