Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

We usually use the drive-thru, and I've sampled a variety of dishes, but I just can't seem to enjoy the food. To me, it feels like fast food. If you're okay with that, you might like it more. I will say their guacamole is quite tasty, though it’s a bit pricey for the portion size. I rated it a 4 because my husband really likes the enchiladas here; they are served quickly and he enjoys them. If you're looking for a step up from fast food Tex-Mex, this place is a good option. However, if you're after authentic Tex-Mex, I recommend seeking out a well-established local restaurant.

The food was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was vibrant and cozy, filled with an array of colors.

I'm so glad that Rosa's has opened in North Texas. The food is always fantastic, and the prices are great too. To top it off, their tortillas might just be the best I've ever had! Whenever I travel for work, my new routine is to visit the Mansfield location for breakfast as soon as I'm back in town. Those tortillas are truly magical!

Taco Tuesday has a great taco plate price for those on a tight budget. We love the flavor of the beef and chicken fajitas. Great nachos, fresh tortillas, and sopapillas.
