Mcdonald's - Mansfield

This place makes a great job. The food was fresh and hot. That's all we want.

The food was pretty good. The service was okay. No napkins with our order when we went through the drive-thru.

I got here 20 minutes before the closure, got to the drive thru speaker and a woman told me I will be with them in a second, a car moved in the other track after me and she took this order, waited another 5 minutes nothing yet, so I moved up to the window waiting for another 5 minutes completely ignored (and the coworker saw me) then went again to get thru the drive thru, then waited my all I wanted was a big pop that it is, it took me almost 15 minutes for a single pop!

I really enjoyed watching the employees get hyped up and dancing at the cash registers. Definitely a thing I will remember about this specific McDonald's. Really enjoyed the food, was nice and filling. Had a Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich combo with a medium fry and medium sprite. Absolutely tasty! The atmosphere of McDonald's is the spot where you never know who'll you meet to connect with business-wise as well.

My order has been wrong the last 5 out of 6 times through the drive through. Always in the afternoon. When I ask for it to be corrected I get attitude. Today the supposedly corrected it. I ended up with a 6 piece nugget instead of the 10 piece I ordered and one sweet tea and one sweet water. They tried to give me extra ice but I always order no ice because of a medical condition with my esophagus. This has only been happening the last 3 to 4 weeks. Oh it was a supervisor that corrected my order. I only checked to see if my sauce was in the bag before I left unfortunately. By looking at the sweet water as they put the lid on they clearly seen there was a problem. Not happy.
