Bagel Zone Cafe Grill - Mansfield

Love love love this place and the staff is amazing!!!

Bagel Zone Cafe Grill is the kind of place you feel like your home, and it starts everything with the owners Sue and Ken. They work extremely hard to make the best and freshest food possible. Some of it begins when they work there every morning before the rest of us is still awake. An absolute favorite among UCONN students, not to mention the local customers who come daily. If you raise some of the pictures, you can notice that there are some autographs on the walls. This is because Sue and Ken have an open invitation for all UCONN students to autograph the wall under the respective sport or sport. A menu, yes, there is a menu- but if you want to add or leave something, no problem! The bagels are obviously there stacks, along with many different flavors of specially made cream cheese, but they also have some fantastic lunch options and will be a special day whenever possible to guess you. Of course they have good old-fashioned coffee, but they also have two special flavors served each morning for us non-conformists! But the best beside the prices is that if you have been there at least a few times, Sue uses your name like your part of the family. It is also quite good to remember what you order and chances are quite high that your order has already begun before you meet the front door! I'm still trying to upload some more pictures, for some reason, there's a couple of hard time, but it's coming. But why look at pictures, your all invited to the Bagel Zone Cafe Grill. My daughter and I loved our breakfast. We ordered bacon, egg, and cheese and sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on waffles. They came with maple syrup and were delicious. The kegger bites were amazing. They are like bacon and cheese breakfast tater tots.

Unlike many of you, I had an amazing experience. I cannot emphasize how much I love a good BEC and that’s what I received. Quick, delicious, spicy ketchup. I spoke with the owner that several reviews criticized for being rude. I now see the issue; many of you have never worked in the food service industry and it shows. The woman is fine, admittedly overworked, but genuinely pleasant. People must be more patient. Especially with those working in the thankless gauntlet of the food service Industry. Especially during a global pandemic. The owner speaks my language: fluffy rolls, gooey eggs, and crispy bacon. That is the only communication that should matter. If you left a bad review (on someone’s livelihood) because you got your feelings hurt, you’re as soft as the bread at Bagel Zone Cafe and Grill.

The woman taking our order accidentally forgot to put our order in because it was so busy. She was so nice and only took her 10mins to realize her mistake so she gave us two extra hash browns on the house!
