Ordered a medium ice coffee and a small latte while in store. after i paid and waited for my coffee i noticed he charged me for a medium hot. i told him amd he didn’t even apologize or offer the diffrence in price. just left but if u make a mistake say sorry about that or give the money diffrence back!

Love this Dunkin mostly due to the employees there I always am treated nicely and with patience John and Isaias always help me abs greet me and make the best sandwiches and my coffee always comes out the way I want it will definitely be returning
