Mannum Community Club

Not a family friendly venue. Made a booking here this evening by ringing ahead one hour before arrival, booked a table for 7 + a highchair at 7pm.

We did not book a table and were warmly welcomed by very friendly staff. We both ordered the hake and did not have a long wait for this delicious meal to arrive. We helped ourselves to the salad bar which was well presented. The meal was great value for money especially as we had a price reduction for senior citizens. I will strongly recommend this restaurant.

$15 rump and mushroom sauce meal. Help yourself salad bar also with choices of hot potato bake (yummy ) cauliflower and broccoli and also a ratatouille. Steak eas cooked medium rare as asked for. Excellent choice.

The best tables are the ones next to the big windows that look across to the river and river red gums. To obtain those tables it's best to book so as you are not disappointed and end up back away from the view. The food is good value for the price and a menu with a variety options. If you feel like a gamble, there's a Pokies room but not for me. Enjoy the scenery whilst you dine. The walls are adorned with past river boat history so can you browse and have an understanding how it all started for Mannum.

This is a great place in a small town.Has that been here a long time feel, nice friendly staff and fantastic view over the Murray.Well suited for families and the elderly.Truly the best salad and veggie bar - the potato bake is to die for!!
