Bojangles' - Manning

Just went out of our way to get some of our favorite chicken while traveling from N.Carolina to Florida...it was absolutely terrible! We split a 4pc Supremes a large Sweetpea tea. The meal was cold,like it was from yesterday. There was only 12 fries that were equally awful. The Sweet tea was far from sweet...Very Disappointed.

Whatever this Bo is doing needs to be done everywhere. The breakfast biscuit was so fresh from the eggs to the bacon to the biscuit. Bo rounds were fresh. I love bojangles and this was by far the best biscuit I have ever had. Also lady running the drive thru was so nice and friendly.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, there was only 2 cars! Once I got to the window, employees were on their phones so that explained what was more important instead of customer service. The food was downright not edible and potentially unsafe! Ordered the#10 blt which is the Bo's chicken sandwich plus bacon lettuce tomato. There was more breading than chicken! It literally filed the box! Chicken was about the size of a chicken strip. The breading was raw still on one side of the chicken so I didn't even eat it because I didn't know if it was safe to eat! Raw chicken can kill you fyi! Lettuce was wilted horribly bad, bacon was just a few rumbles. As for the mayo, pickles, and tomato...can't tell ya because I didn't even get any! Fried were flimsy, full of grease, and cold.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good music and tasty fried chicken. I recommend my friends

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. While I understand that it was just plastic from the ham, the thought of a child accidentally eating it is concerning. I requested chicken tenders as a replacement, but was denied. In my experience working in fast food, I would always try to accommodate customer requests to ensure their satisfaction and return business. The only option offered to me was extra fries. While it is possible to consume plastic, it is certainly not healthy. I was appalled by this situation, especially considering the potential risk to a child if they had received the plastic-laden biscuit. Fortunately, I did not bite into it. Unfortunately, there was no refund available, only a replacement of fries. This left me without any protein for my meal, just a surplus of potatoes.
