We tried only salads, sea food and chicken, and they were really good. They were well served, tasty and good amount. The price was reasonable.

Both casual free outside seating in the courtyard or formal seating inside. Excellent service and unobtrusive leaves you alone with your friends till closing time, size able food portions, to die for crisp salads and a choice of menu makes this place a regular with visitors and locals alike. Must visit in case you are at 2 of the closet located hotels.

I would rate this at a 3.5 if I could. The service was not as bad as some of the people on here are making it out to be. In fact, our waitress was impressed I tired to speak German to her and was very patient with me. The food was nothing out of the ordinary for a EUR breakfast. I had the American Breakfast (scrambled eggs, grilled tomato, speck, and bread. While I can't complain too hard about the portion size but I thought 8 pieces of bacon (speck) was a little bit too much. My friend had one of the menus that included muesli and jogurt. She seemed to enjoy it very much. The only bad thing about our experience here is the bees (or are they Yellow Jackets?) You could expect one or two to fly around you during the summer but my god there was like 5 or 6 and they wouldn't go away! We didn't get stung or anything but they were relentless that day. Perhaps they restaurant can attempt to do something about it next time.

We've eaten here so many times over the years. The food doesn't disappoint, though the portions are too large and it seems a lot of food goes to waste. But the service here is terrible, rude, arrogant. We notice the service is especially worse for foreigners. We've stopped going after three bad experiences with staff who were intolerant of us being there with a baby stroller. The great thing about restaurants is there is always another restaurant around the corner. Don't recommend going here. If you value good service, you may not like this place. Well, at least in 8 years and over 30 visits, I have decided we won't be going back.

My friends and I love Starks, we've been lunching there for years now and while the prices and servings may vary from time to time we still stop by every couple of months!
