Przekaż informację zwrotnąOrdered online and none of the food was correct. I paid extra for extra meat and nacho cheese etc and none of it had that. Supreme meal wasn’t supreme and no chips with the chips and cheese. This isn’t the first time. At this point I’m convinced they just wanna take the extra money but not give you the extra you pay for. The food was put together very sloppy. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
UPDATE: pissed off cuz I dumped my Chupa Deluxe box Meal in a bag mixed in with everyone else's food NEVER trust fast food service especially drive through. My order was really screwed up. Really pisses me off to drive all the way to Taco Bell wait to go through the drive through drive all the way home and find out the order is screwed.
I understand having conversations as work but when the food that's ordered isn't correct and you can't get someone's attention or understand what's being said it makes for a very poor experience. Order was wrongs missing items, edits don't let wrong need someone to manage or get new employees.
Finally A Taco Bell that gets it right everything! Hot, fresh with melted cheese. A warm, friendly staff too! Good job managers on training the staff.
Had a very terrible experience with the food from this drive-thru tonight. Our order was a steak chalupa, three soft taco supremes, a large order of nacho fries, and a Crunchwrap with no lettuce and adding on guacamole. Got home, the chalupa was fine, but the photo attached is how awful the Crunchwrap was. They used two tostadas, which were very stale and you could taste how stale they were, and half of the toppings were shoved off to the side, not to mention that the guacamole was rancid. I didn’t want the person I bought this for to continue eating it, so I set it aside and went to call this location to know. It took four different tries to even get someone to answer the phone (they may have been busy mind you, but even a “I will be with you in a moment” would have made a big difference in this moment) and when I explained the situation I was hung up on. What I would have loved was for them to remove rotten food and refund the money I spent on this rotten food but it seems they would rather sell it to people like me and you. I will be calling in the morning to fix this despite being hung up on, and I will update and/or amend my review based on how their management makes this right. I would recommend going to any other fast food establishment at this point.
