India Palace - Mankato

I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant and the food is usually really good. But care needs to be taken. Today i found hair in my food and I’m sure it was a mistake but that made me lose my appetite

Butter Chicken. Karara Lamb, Sang pakora, chicken tika masala…and naan. Delicious, fresh, beautiful in flavor and in color!!! Gracious staff and pleasant ambiance. This is my favorite restaurant in Southern Minnesota.

Loved it all. And I've never really liked Indian food at other Indian restaurants I've gone to. Food was excellent . Server explained the dishes well and food was presented in a friendly yet professional manner.

I’ll get to the food in a minute …I’m going to start out with the how incredibly clean this establishment is. This last time I tried to see if I could find something they missed and I failed. This family truly cares about what they are bringing to their customers and the community. They have well deserved pride.We especially enjoy bringing out of town friends, each and every time they are left amazed at everything they experienced. It’s an adventure for your tastebuds without needing a passport! Take your time, come with empty tummy’s, order different things and share so that you can enjoy it all.We can’t wait to come back again. Thankyou!! Eric Ruby

I do not know how I have not managed to review this place before now as I have been here so many times that I have lost count. Unlike almost any other restaurant I go to I tend to get something different here each time I come and have liked everything. This last time my wife and I got the two specials to share. I do not remember the specific names of them, but it was a lamb chop and a creamy coated chicken. They were served in a skillet with some onions and peppers. The chicken was very good, but the lamb was out of this world amazing. After speaking to our server after we were a little disappointed to learn that the lamb was only going to be around for a short time as we would both have definitely ordered that again the next time we come. We also always start with the palace sampler platter and have mango lassis to drink. We also get a couple of the different naans for the table. I could not give this place higher praise as the food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I will most certainly be back here again and again (as I already have been). If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely owe it to yourself to check this place out.
