Dunkin' - Mankato

The sweet girls inside the dunkin heard me talking about how much i love game of thrones!!!! And drew this on my cup for me This dunkin is the best!! The food is always good and the drinks are always made fast and taste amazing thank you so much girls you made my day!!!!

Great service, the line was a bit slow. It looked like there was only one person working.

Today would have been my first time eating at this site but that didn’t happen. They were incredibly rude!!! I CLEARLY had interrupted her phone time at work! She literally refused to clarify a polite menu question that I posed; she stated several times that it was right in front of my face and I could just read it. When I called her out on her rudeness and told her I would just leave she said, “Ok. Have a great day,” in an extremely condescending tone. She didn’t offer an apology or anything. For the owner I didn’t catch her name but it was about 4:30 on 1/2/24 you may need to do some retraining!! I know people are short staffed, but this is crazy.
