Mauro parrilla - Manizales

This is a very nice steak house that I often visit when I want a good steak. You can either have normal Colombian cuts (punta de anca, churrasco, baby beef... and special cuts you find difficult to have in other restaurants (picaña, tomahawk, t-bone... everything... to perfection. Normal cuts are cheap and they come in 2 sizes (approximately 20,000/25,000 pesos, while special cuts are a bit more expensive (approximately 30,000 but, still, you will be more than happy to pay the premium because they are very good. You really listen to you and try to prepare the food according to your requirements, steaks are properly cooked to your preferred term (I like my medium sized on a carbon barbeque and they come with your choice of potatoes and salad. The staff is great, very warm and friendly. Great steaks, this is definitely one of my favorite steak houses in Manizales!

They really listen to you and try to prepare the food following your requirements, steaks are properly cooked to your preferred term (I like mine medium-rare) on a charcoal barbeque and they come with your choice of potatoes and salad. Staff is great, very warm and kind. Great steaks, this is definitively one of my favourite steakhouses in Manizales!
