La Costilleria 1971 - Manizales

The experience was spectacular, I had the opportunity to enjoy a dish that I had, rib, loin and on belly and everything was spectacular, the meat very well prepared, the loin was perfectly sealed and the very juicy ribs. the portion is perfect if you want to share for a not so heavy dinner. the attention is good and the waiting time is adequate. the place is small but very cozy and quiet.I think a point to improve is the offer of drinks and the presentation of the menu.

We had a great experience. We were looking for something else in Manizales. The service was great, no pressure was put on us and the server was knowledgeable. The three way mixing plate was used by Pork, Chateaubriand and Flank. Cooked on perfection, generous portion and great potatoes. Come back soon.

Unpredictable, to the earth's restaurant. This is one of the hidden gems in Manizales. Head down, probably one of the best BBQ ribs. Slowly cooked, homemade sauce and very affordable. This is a must in Manizales

It is a small but highly recommended restaurant, has many varieties of ribs and are delicious. very recommended.

I love the place, the excellent food, good price and seriously there are no other equal ribs in the city!
