North Channel Brewing - Manistee

Long wait but we'll worth the wait. My husband and I waited at the bar, we each had a beer and we met some really friendly locals. When we're seated we had the best little server. She hustled and kept checking on all of her assigned tables. Our food came out fast and was amazing. We highly recommend this brewery!

We were there on July 15th, and there was a group of us, around 13 people. We were denied seating. I understand they were short staffed, but we were in no hurry and even offered to wait if needed. There were groups in there of about the same size as us. Apparently because we weren 't regulars or from the area meant we get no consideration. The hostess denied us and even became rude as we tried to work out the situation. Wouldn 't even allow us the opportunity. She just showed us the door! I visit a lot of breweries around the state, I 'm a member of #tagabrew, I do not recommend this place, don 't waste your time! Just my personal opinion only. We did, however, find a place that was more than accommodating. We left their wait staff a very large tip!

Service was great, very sweet. Food is AWFUL!! Manager actually said the owner has told them to cut back on portions when on an entire sandwich only one strip of fish was there. Go to the Glenwood where you actually get a good meal for what you pay.

Been to NCB a handful of times. Overall pretty average. Great location. The best thing we ever had were the fried pickles. Some how, now they are no longer on the menu. We were told the new cook needed to be trained over a month ago. Still not on the menu. Service is pretty good, despite being short staffed after the summer season. Beer selection is nice. Overall, wanted to rate higher, but too distraught over the fried pickles.

Tammy is amazing!!! She is the best server and always keeps my glass full The food is great and we love the merchandise selection.
