Sausage Alley - Manila

Must eat and experience, not just try, if you're into sausages. I do, and it's so satisfying. Thanks to my uste dude for bringing us here to discover this sausage lovers abode. Its a small, but not tight, place that can accommodate a dozen or two customers. Prices are student friendly. A la carte sausages cost 55 each with about 8 varieties to choose from. With that price, you can try three sausages in one sitting or you can try the others on your next visit. Popular choices are Hungarian, kraemer, and schublig. There are options as sandwich, with rice and pasta. The counter menu is quite helpful with info on ingredients for each sausage type that they offer. Cool..

The place is nice and cozy. Air conditioned and the place is well kept. You can ask for the Wi-Fi password or you can also look at it sa counter. Good food and affordable. My personal favorite is the cheesy hungarian! Also, very friendly yung owners, they’ve been handling the store themselves so you guys should drop by, try their food and say hi!

The staff were very friendly, and they prioritize locally sourced meat. I tried the bratwurst and the prime rib with grilled onions. The sausage was decent, but the bun wasn’t cut properly, causing everything to spill out, and the sauerkraut was a bit sparse. Unfortunately, the prime rib was served cold, the onions weren’t grilled as expected, and for the price, there should have been a bit more meat on the plate.

This restaurant offers a variety of sausage dishes served with rice, as well as canned beverages like soda. It has a maximum seating capacity of 20 to 25 guests and is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Delicious food, fast Wi-Fi, and generous portions. Definitely a great value for the price!
