Mcdonald's - Manhattan

I went with my son to have a meal. My son is epileptic and ended up having a seizure there. The management and staff not only helped me bag the order to go, they helped me get my son out to the car and in the car. Also offered to give him a free meal the next time we go. Also the food was very good and fresh, even after all that. Definitely will recommend this McDonald's they go above their job. New management I feel took over and I really like them.

I came here to get a Uber command, I waited a long time. that's not the problem, it's how the place ran. every time I get to the place is rough and smells like a bathroom. the manager who wore a red hot and really short hair just screamed at her hired on the most degrading away. it was a very unpleasant environment.

If they can use the app or go to the lobby and use the machine, they are golden. if they need to talk to a person, they expect mistakes in their order when they change something. they were warned.

Sung today at 11 o'clock in manhattan by mcdonald, and that I saw a quarter of the way into my burger. that's disgusting!

The people who work here are doing a very fine job. Very engaged. Trying not to let anybody down even if you ask for extra ketchup and onions. Food was hot and fresh. Orders are certainly coming out as fast and well made as possible. Much appreciated.
