Great! I forgot to pick up my chips after placing my online order, but when I called, they helped me out right away!

I’m really impressed. The sandwiches looked perfect! On August 6, 2022, at 1:27 PM, there was a girl at the front who really knows her sandwiches. I didn’t catch her name, but I wanted to give her a shout-out. We waited patiently, and I noticed her making at least 20 sandwiches, and the quality was absolutely amazing. It’s inspiring to see someone so young take pride in their work. This is the kind of dedication we need from employees. We definitely need more people like her. She’s going to go far! I will definitely return.

The service isn't as fast as one might expect. There's always a line, which is great for their business, but they definitely need to improve their efficiency. It would help if they hired more capable staff, as the drive-thru experience tends to be quite slow. Unfortunately, for those of us who need a quick meal to get on with our day, this can be quite frustrating.

Jimmy john is remians my favorite sandwich shop. also in the middle of the lunch break, the crew remains friendly and aspiring and can not be beaten.

Have drove away from the drive through multiple times because they are so slow. Also came 30 minutes before closing and was the only customer, but they refused to speak at the drive through. Not freaky fast at all.
