Huhot Mongolian Grill - Manhattan

The service was disappointing. Our waitress forgot to bring out our appetizer before our main course, clearly indicating it slipped her mind. Although she offered to delay our dinner, it was already prepared and sitting there. The mozzarella sticks had been waiting for quite a while, so it was evident they had been overlooked. To make matters worse, she also forgot our dessert. Overall, our meal took an hour and a half from start to finish, which is far too long. I won't be coming back to this restaurant again due to the poor service.

It's a shame, because eating is really good. my main complaints have to do with the inner and cleanliness of the restaurant. our table was still dirty, although at the time we were the only 2 customers in the restaurant, the floors were dirty with visible pieces of eating just lying around and flying everywhere. when they come here, they should order the food better than eat in the restaurant.

I came here for a late lunch with my husband, and I honestly would have given it zero stars if I could. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was disappointing. We waited about 30 minutes just to get our drinks. We definitely won't be returning. Additionally, the servers seemed uninterested in helping customers, just wandering around instead. If they don't like their job, they should consider a different career.

I had dinner here before going to a movie. The food was quite good overall, but we had a bit of a rough start with the appetizer. The nacho waffle fries tasted great, but unfortunately, only about half of them were actually cooked. On the plus side, the service from Jonah was excellent.

I had not been to an Applebee 's in a while. I have NO PLANS TO RETURN. I don 't even know where to start! Appetizers: We ordered spinach-artichoke dip. The dip was great! The chips, however, must 've been from the bottom of the bag...not ONE of them was big enough to use for dipping! NOT ONE! (Our main waitress kept sitting at a table with friends so we had to catch whoever was walking by our table for help! When we asked for more tea, it came to us with ice melted and warm. Next the baby back ribs had no meat on them at all. A thin layer of skin stuck so tight to the bone...nothing fell off the bone but the BBQ sauce! The chicken was so dry, I could barely swallow it. I gave up n left most of it. The shrimp was good. The mushrooms and sauté onions were really good!! The garlic mashed potatoes were cold when they were served. We had to ask twice for silverware for both of us. Only one set was brought to the table. We had plans to order dessert...we decided to quit before we paid for something else that was sub-par! One last comment, we were going to use the bathroom before we left...NO WAY WOULD I USE IT. I 'VE SEEN CLEANER OUTHOUSES ! I DECIDED TO HOLD IT TILL WE GOT HOME AND WE DECIDED THEN WE WOULD NOT EAT AT APPLEBEE 'S AGAIN.
