Chens Chinese - Manhattan

Food was ok, my moo goo gi pan was missing a couple of ingredients that I used to get when it was the Chinese chef. Probably the difference in chefs. I plan to return.

This place used to be good when I first moved to town but over the years I've noticed a large drop in quality. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they don't do free delivery anymore, or at least it wasn't an option last time I ordered, and everything tastes like it was made in advanced. Id rather go to Walmart and get a box of frozen Chinese food then come here because it's cheaper and it tastes better 9/10 times

We were very excited about trying this for lunch. Underwhelmed is an understatement. Crab Rangoon had zero flavor. Everything was so underwhelming. I do not recommend at all!!
