Pizzeria Il Castello - Manderscheid

Break during the motorcycle tour. No orders are received in the so-called beer garden, for that you have to go in. In the restaurant we were ignored by the operators and by the boss, after a waiting period of approx. 15 minutes kindly asked if it is possible to order drinks and food. After a further waiting period the order was received by the boss. The handling tone and also the behavior of the boss was more than unfriendly. On demand, whether it would be more friendly, we were told by the boss, but we could go somewhere else and were left to stand.

Food is good, but the service is bad. Eternally waited for food and the drinks still picked up at the counter. Both the kitchen and the Sevice are hopelessly overwhelmed.

A star and it's intended for the nice setup! Were there half an hour, we couldn't order, the waiters are always just past us. Local was just half filled, 6 people went in front of us because they haven't been served for some time.

We enjoyed food there very well. The service was friendly and the price is also okay. We're going to eat more often.
