Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Mandan

I recently visited DQ for a chicken basket and was disappointed by the portion size and service. The shift lead was rude and lacked customer service skills, rolling her eyes and providing unhelpful responses. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service at this location; two years ago, I had a negative experience when ordering a cake. In contrast, I prefer visiting the DQ on State Street in Bismarck for their friendly staff and consistently high-quality food.

I called today 07/02/2023 to see if they could make a custom oreo maple bacon blizzard, but unfortunately they were not willing to accommodate. I was hoping for a blend of oreo pieces, bacon, and maple flavor in a blizzard, and was even willing to pay extra for it. Despite the already high price of the blizzards, I was disappointed that they would not fulfill my request. I also attempted to contact a different Dairy Queen location, but received no response and had to leave a message. Additionally, the third Dairy Queen on Map is no longer in operation and should be removed from the list.

Superb customer service, kind staff, and tasty food! Great for a quick lunch when you're needing a quick break from work.

I ordered the honey bbq chicken strip basket, hoping for a generous amount of sauce, but there was hardly any on them. I paid extra for the honey bbq but did not receive it. This has happened before. I requested extra sauce, but my strips were barely warm and the fries were soggy. The service was terrible - the staff was rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Parking was ample and the service was for takeout only.
