Rockin Buddha Food Truck - Manchester

We came across this truck in Platt Fields. Unlike most festival food, this wasn't just affordable, it was great,tasty food and can I say VEGAN. I would like to see a restaurant that I could visit.

Tested some of their food in the vegan camp from 2022. for a Tofu-Veg-style with noodles. it was really delicious and had a bit of kick (try it before they add any hot sauces)

I found them by chance near my hotel on a Sunday (i now know is no where they usually are) and decided I had to try it, it was great is all vegan and delicious, the noodles were really good and not as greasy as usual and the dumplings were great. Staff was the nicest, I actually forgot something and went back and they had it for me. Really good, very recommended.

I tried the vegan menu and was extremely impressed! I had the chili tofu and veggie noodles, and the portion sizes were generous and absolutely delicious!

We dined at WTSCO this year and it was a delightful experience. The mushrooms were incredibly tasty, and the noodles were excellent as well. Plus, the portions were quite generous!
