The restaurant is rather pricey for the quality of food you receive. The chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly, and the chips were served cold. One of the staff members had a bleeding cut on his eye, and we noticed him walking back and forth with a tissue pressed against it, all while he served our drinks and laughed. While the atmosphere and shisha were enjoyable, I wouldn’t recommend the food or suggest this place to a friend. I've been to much better shisha spots, and it is also quite far from Manchester City center.

I organized my best friend's hen do and was really disappointed to find the restaurant closed on Saturday, June 4. We weren't informed about this in advance, and since it was about a 20-minute taxi ride from the city center, I would have appreciated a call or an email regarding the closure. This lack of communication was quite frustrating.

Terrible service! We waited 45 minutes for our drinks, and one of them was missing. Then we had to wait another 90 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, one of the main dishes was missing as well. After that, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to line up for a refund, so we decided to leave.

I think that this place is ONLY for Shiah, because the service there was terrible they brought all the food and Shisha together at once which we should of had the starter first then the main. Again this place is only good if your with friends to smoke Shisha and that’s it! I thought seeing these reviews I would give them a chance but ext Time I’m going to listen to the reviews

I also noticed that one of the staff members had a bleeding cut on his eye; he was holding a tissue to it while serving our drinks, which was concerning. Although the atmosphere and decor were lovely, I cannot recommend this place for dining. I've experienced much better seafood restaurants, and it's also located quite a distance from the city.
