Mcdonald's - Manchester

Once again, I didn't get what I ordered. Although some of the staff are trying hard, some are also unfriendly and stupid.

Very crowded, very loud and yet friendly staff. Good service and the right food. All in all good. Unfortunately the toilets could be expanded, there was no knob to close them and it could be cleaner.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The food was cold, but since we didn 't want to wait another 30 minutes, we ate it cold. There was also a burger missing, which I received upon request. An employee stood at the counter and said loudly Why are people coming now?! in a very annoyed tone. Other customers also had things missing from their order. It was our last visit to this branch today.

The service has been good again for a long time and the food is fresh and warm. Therefore generally from three to four stars August 2nd, 2024. (All reference: We waited a long time for our food and two portions of fries were already cold. The hot chocolate dessert was also cold.

This McDonalds is a complete disaster. I go there more often because there is relatively little “fast food” in the area. The word “almost” definitely doesn’t apply here. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you come. Mon-Fri. 11:00 a.m. before the outlet rush or on weekends at 3:00 a.m. you have to wait at least 12 minutes in both the restaurant and the drive. Wait. I mean, we're talking about the BERLIN outlet center and McDonald's can't manage to have 20 nuggets ready half an hour before the big rush? I find that very difficult to explain, especially in an empty restaurant. Once you've made it through the waiting time: BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER! The last two times something was always missing. If you have to go to Berlin anyway, you should go to the McDonalds on Heerstrasse. Everything is much better there.
