Rudy's - Manchester

The pizzas here are great and the cheese is beautiful. I had the vegan special, the courgette pesto it was nice, would go again.

Just the best. A taste of Italia with a very good vegan mozzarella.

I love Rudy’s, and was always happy, just a marinara (always delicious). During my visit this evening I saw that they added vegan cheese to the menu and also a white vegan pizza. I decided to take a gamble and try the vegan mozzarella and it really paid! I added a marinara with vegan cheese and red and green chilli. The vegan mozzarella was incredible!! I am sure you have also made a lot of regular pizzas vegan by making normal cheese with the vegan.

First time visiting Rudy’s pizza and I would definitely visit again. I created my own pizza. I chose the Marinara and added vegan mozzarella and a couple of toppings. Only £11 which is really good for freshly baked pizza! The vegan mozzarella is the best I’ve tried. I asked them what brand it was and it was sourced from Italy. Staff were really accommodating too.
