The Copper Grouse - Manchester

We were here for a full week and we had breakfast and drinks there every single day. Customer service is outstanding. We love Jennifer, Ruth, Georgia, Aiden among others. We did have dinner there one night, was very good for the first night but not my favorite place. Priced reasonable.

We were for a night in the taconic hotel on the way through new england and decided to eat in the copper grouse. we started with the fries that were delicious. our entrees on the recommendation of the chef dusty. garnel and grits and the mushroom paste amazing! I would definitely recommend this place. it was a nice and well-founded in some.

Great food. Cheeseballs very delicious. Salmon perfectly cooked. Great pasta with mushrooms.

Lovely first time experience at Copper Grouse. Would definitely go back next time we’re in Manchester. The veranda was perfect as the heat of the day gave way to a wonderfully cool Vermont evening. Service and ambiance were excellent. A standout was the cold melon soup, so refreshing.
